Our Vision

The idea of an AI production manager is fascinating and very realistic.
It is not a robot walking around the hall, but rather a central intelligent systemthat analyzes vast amounts of data in real time and acts as a tireless, super-analytical partner to the human master.
Ai-Mistr operates in several key areas:
1. Hyper-efficient planning and resource allocation
Shift planning:
Based on data about qualifications, experience, fatigue (e.g., from overtime hours worked), and even absence prediction (based on historical data), it has optimally assigned all available operators to machines.
Material allocation:
Connected to the warehouse system and ensured that each line has exactly as much material as needed for the shift. It already knows that machine #7 will run out of component X in 3 hours and automatically created a request for logistics.
Machine setup:
Based on the production plan (e.g., product change on the line), it has already sent the correct production parameters and recipes to the machines (via IoT).
2. Predictive monitoring and real-time management
Monitors the "pulse" of production:
Monitors every machine, every cycle. It doesn't just watch whether the machine is running, but also analyzes sensor data – temperature, vibrations, energy consumption.
Identifies bottlenecks:
Immediately sees where production is slowing down. If the operator at position 3 can't keep up, AI recognizes it and suggests a solution to the human supervisor: "I recommend brief assistance from the operator at position 5, who currently has 15% downtime."
Predicts problems:
From vibration analysis of machine #5, it detected an anomaly. It reports: "Probability of bearing B-12 failure is 85% in the next 48 hours. I recommend scheduling maintenance during tomorrow's planned shutdown. I've automatically created a maintenance request and verified the availability of the spare part."
3. Proactive quality management
Computer vision:
AI-powered cameras inspect every single manufactured piece. They find microscopic defects that the human eye would miss.
Root cause of defect:
If defective pieces start appearing, AI immediately analyzes machine data from the exact time of defect production. It reports: "Increased defect rate on line 2 correlates with a 3% drop in hydraulic system pressure. I recommend immediate calibration."
Parameter optimization:
Constantly analyzes the relationship between machine settings and output quality and suggests minor parameter adjustments to achieve zero defect rate.
4. Support and development of human capital
Personalized training:
If an operator repeatedly makes mistakes or is slower, AI identifies it and offers a short video or interactive guide on their tablet showing how to perform the task better. It alerts the human supervisor: "Operator Novák has a 20% longer cycle time on task C. They may need additional training."
Safety and ergonomics:
Uses cameras to monitor activity in the hall. Alerts about safety risks ("Person in red zone without helmet!") or unergonomic operator movements that could lead to injury.
